Since today my Guild Wars is stuttering...
I don't know whats wrong or how I can change it.
My framerate is constantly above 100 FPS according to the icon on the right side of GW, and I can play newest games without problems on the highest setting, only GW decided today to start stuttering...
It looks like there was a permanent lag, my character teleports every few feet
It has to be on my side, because the snowflakes in the log-in screen are "teleport-falling" the same way my character moves...
=(
What shall I do, please help?
Guild Wars stuttering

I assume you mean the GW's snowflakes and not that it's making a snow flake pattern but just in case it's the dreaded pink dots of doom let me say pink dots indicate a graphics card failure most times, this may be fixed by cleaning dust or adding more airflow, perhaps a fan has quit. But unfortunatly it may be just on it's way out.... things to try.
it is possible that your GW.exe has become fragmented due to updates and such. Maybe try a Defragmenting program that will defragment folders available online and defragment the GW file folder.
before defragmenting you should make sure it's up to date with the -image method. I will send you a link to guide you it is fairly simple
if all else fails perhaps your ISP was doing some network service that changed service to a laggy one for a couple days, if all else fails call your internet service provider.

I fixed it with defragmenting, thanks a lot.

Glad you fixed it. Given the full details about the problem, always assume it's the game in question, and NOT the graphics card when only ONE game is behaving abnormally.
The GW dat is notorious for causing crazy stuff to happen in GW when it has a problem.
