Flame Artifact - I'd say at least 40k for q8 gold insc. Shouldn't be that hard to sell - the eye skin is more rare than the flame one, which might make it more desirable to some.
Gothic Dual - agree with Lhoj @ 20-30, no way you'll get 50k unless someone's *really* desperate
GotH - Not sure, but I think animal fighter's PC might be a bit high considering the hexed mods and the 3 points off max. I could be wrong though.
And yeah, the sword is merch fodder
