I'm pretty sure there is no such thing as an inscribable Colossal Pick in the game.
take_me did a lot of research about such things a while back, and I haven't seen news of any insc. picks appearing recently.
If it helps, last March I bought an r10 15^50 inherent Colossal Pick for 20k. The seller had it listed on a thread here. I posted a 10k offer on it, and we agreed to the 20k b/o after no one else showed any interest in outbidding me.
That's all the info I have about them, sorry.
