Id agree with around 15K

I think he meant rare as in the colour of the Text

White= Common
Purple= Uncommon
Gold = Rare
Green = Unique
Blue = Your screen is broken

Edit. just noticed. This isnt from Factions (or at least not Nahpui) as it is inscribable. The price would be around the same though to be honest.
