Its interesting to note that this cipher is different from that used in quests like "The Path to Revelations"
I'm curious if anyone knows which lore language this is, and if anyone has found a complete cipher for it. It might help with Konig's question about what the name actually means. Looking at the name though, I don't think its written in th same language. In the language Qwtzylkak speaks, a vowel is always represented by a double letter (a = ww, e = mm, i = qq, o = vv, u = kk) and there are no double letters in the name. The cipher has y=f as well, so the name is unlikely to be in the same language, as it would contain no vowels and no y's. Maybe we should assume that the name has already been translated into the standard tyria/english dialect.
The name is also possibly related to the Quetzal, which likely was an offshoot of Quetzalcoatl (due to the Aztec type theme of the Asuran areas), but as I said above, the cipher used is different from that used in the Path to Revelations. The difference of the cipher, to me, suggests that the two are not meant to be related.
