I don't think so; you can get a q9 with 15 armor, AND people don't pay high for blues. At all.

Q9 with 15 armor? that'd be useless too. 16/8, 15/7, 14/6....

Anyway, that one's useless, so merch it.

If you are new to the game and that's the best shield you have found so far, then use it until you can afford to buy a better one or you find a better one.

I dont think hes too new in that sence. As Lhoj has said, the breakpoints are 16/8, 15/7, 14/6. And only if the shields are Tactics and not strength.

With these stats and inscriabable, even blue shields are worth a bit. This one however is merchware.
