For the last few days now, I'm getting warnings from IE, that it's blocking GWG and PvXwiki (Wikia version), from downloading a file to my PC.
Turning off the warning results in a prompt to save a file called "seg" from ib.adnxs.com
What is this file, why does this site need to save it?

It looks to be an issue with one of the ads. I'll look into it. As far as Wikia, we have no connection with them so you may want to contact their support team.
