Any problems getting festival hats?

I had two accounts that I moved from LA to Kamadan at 5:30PM, but when I checked them at 6:50PM they didn't get anything. This happened last year also, and I believe they extended the event another weekend to fix this bug, and let everyone get the event caps.

Anyone else? Both my accounts got nil in Kamadan...

What time zone are you in? That may have some bearing on the problem. (Gotta ask, can't take anything for granted)

Now, if you were trying the "quick trip to Kamadan after MAD KING THORN left LA to get the second hat in one shot" trick, then you may have arrived in a district of Kamadan where MAD KING THORN had already been and gone. This is not a bug.

In order for your character to get credit for taking part in the Halloween festivities they would have had to be stationed within the area that is circled off by the ethereal green crystal/mushroom like things.



If you AFK'd your characters outside of that circle you're doing it wrong.

Only the very first visit in Kamadan didn't get me the goggles while I was at the edge of the ring but clearly inside.

All other visits worked fine for me.

You get them for sure if you are inside Mad King's AoE passive skill that changes forms when you enter.
