Well, as I was running around Lions Arch, I saw some disembodied text...after some investigation...I figured out that there is a "corpse" underground that talks to you when you walk over it. I can't remember this from any past Halloweens...is this something new?
It is located in Lions Arch, on the path in between the big cauldron area and the area with the merchant, dye trader, rune trader, etc. You should notice a small shadow on the ground where it is located. You must walk EXACTLY over the spot to trigger the text.

The first year, there was actually a corpse there, IIRC, I just assumed that in subsequent years that it was just a bug they never bothered to fix.
