Error Code 013 Anyone?

Anyone else getting this? Just after selecting a character I get Code=013. Tried 3 accounts, and been getting this for the past 10-15 mins now

just finished zaishen mission got code 007 then after relogging got code 013 for last 10 mins ,guessin removal of halloween update is on the way. but would of better if update was ready ,if their force dc'ing ppl .

European Servers are down, if you have characters trapped in them. Select a toon that is in your guild hall, than select an America district for one of the capital cities.
This will change your default district on all your characters and the trapped ones will be able to load into the game again.
Added: If you are from Europe this may not work since you connect to the Europe Servers. This trick is for people who live in North America connected to the Texas Servers and were using Europe districts.

Edit : made a mistake, some characters seem working fine now

They should add a district option at the character selection screen, or automatically make your characters switch to a working district if one is down :P

Been happening to me for the last 20mins or so also, managed to load into GH once but soon as i tried to travel error 7, then 13 again.
Looks like theres been a hiccup removing halloween content, fingers crossed its sorted soon

ah, so i'm not the only one
my chats (except for team chat) didnt work, and after logging out to try to fix that, i couldnt get past char choose

People who live in Europe connect to the NCSoft Server Farms in Germany no matter where you live, which than connects you to the Arena Network. Districts are just language hubs, doesn't matter if you are in America, Asia or Europe districts. You still have to go through the servers in Germany, if they are down you'll just have to wait.

I bought chaos gloves for my PvP ele with reward points then i left the game on and went afk, when i got back like 90minutes after this, my chaos gloves were gone and rps that i used for them too.

Well, the error has gone, but the Halloween quests are screwed. Good job, ANet.

I should elaborate - you can pick up the quest from the Mad King's Steward (But not the other quest giver, they're gone), but it vanishes as soon as you leave the zone.
All other Halloween quests have been removed from my quest log too, when I still had The Waiting Game from Halloween 2009...
