Yup Code 013's here too. Can log into Character selection screen ok, just can't get into the game itself. Click on any char and the error comes up :/

I managed to log in but can't change districts from America to European districts. After trying to do so, it says error 013 and I can't do anything because I'm allegedly waiting to enter a mission :S
Asia and International works fine as well. Seems like a problem with Europe. Lucky I changed from Spain to America for partying up with my guildies for Halloween.
I've had some problems with the servers ever since they changed them. I'm sure it will be resolved soon enough though.

This is weird, I can log in and play with my characters that are in LA or Kama (american districts) but when I wanna play some characters standing in my GuildHall I get the error 013

Can play and move around american districts just fine, but can't get back into my guildhall nor log any other character atm (all are parked in ghall). Account is Euro based.

Yup, dced right after getting the UW chest, lost all drops from the chest (weren't in inventory after logged in)
Good thing is my conset we poped during the dhuum fight is backin my inventory <3.
PS if you can get on 1 char go to asian district and the other chars will be good.
edit: 20 min. server rollback FTW!
Edit Edit: After about an hour, reloged in and got my drops.

Upon changing to asian districts and trying to log with another character gives me err7 instead.

Can get to the login screen just fine, instant 007 the second I choose a character... Australia, International districts. Checked on multiple PCs, with multiple accounts... I'm glad the move to the new data center didn't degrade the quality of service

Not for me personally (western Europe, logged in on the American servers), but attempting to enter a European district gives the "Reattempting connection to server (Code=13)." message.
I'd say it's a problem with the European servers, I can move around the American ones just fine.

European here: Can get into GH(US Guild), but the district drop-down menu freezes when trying to map to American districts, or generally any other.

European Servers are down, if you have characters trapped in them. Select a toon that is in your guild hall, than select an America district for one of the capital cities.
This will change your default district on all your characters and the trapped ones will be able to load into the game again.
Added: If you are from Europe this may not work since you connect to the Europe Servers. This trick is for people who live in North America connected to the Texas Servers and were using Europe districts.

Was kicked out during a mission on my survivor with a couple guildies. She better still be at 0 deaths when I get back or there's trouble lol

People who live in Europe connect to the NCSoft Server Farms in Germany no matter where you live, which than connects you to the Arena Network. Districts are just language hubs, doesn't matter if you are in America, Asia or Europe districts. You still have to go through the servers in Germany, if they are down you'll just have to wait.
