ToTs: Open or wait and sell

I'm debating whether or not I should open my ToTs and use the items or wait a few months and sell each stack for 50k. I've maxed party title but I'm going for sweet tooth and drunkard right now so the only thing I won't use are the trans tonics and party items. I'm pretty sure trans tonics are difficult to sell, and I don't want a bunch of them sitting in my inven.

What do you guys think? Should I open them or sell them?

Decide whether you're willing to wait for the prices for the reward items to return to their normal/pre-halloween values. It may take several months, especially with how many ToT bags there are currently and with Wintersday coming up soon.

Obviously save them and sell them later. If you can get 50k per stack thats 200g a bag.
That is 2sweets/3alcohol per bag.

If you open them now:
20% 1 min alcohol
15% 1 party point (don't care for)
5% 2 party points (don't care for)
60% 1 sweet points

so you have a 60% chance to get half the sweet point value per bag
and a 20% chance to get a third the alcohol point value per bag

Personally, I can't imagine that they'll be going back up to 50k/stack - or even close. Sweet and party points can usually be had for ~150g/point (or even less during events), demand for alcohol has been in the toilet for ages, and with Wintersday coming up, Frosty tonics will be farmed to death and selling for 100g/point or perhaps less. Anyone who pays more than 30k/stack for ToTs is either desperate, silly, or has too much cash on their hands.

It's possible that the price of apples and corn will go back up, so it might be a better option to open them and sell the stuff individually.

first to try and get 50k now is very silly. since their is more then one person selling tons of tot stacks for less then 30k. if you're going for a title i say open then now. if you want to sell for that high a price you will have a long wait.

I sold all mine for 4 ecto a stack and called it a day. I definitely wouldn't open them unless you plan on using the alcohol yourself which no one seems to be buying nowadays.

They come to those who don't wait too, but don't be a smart alec.

I would wait and sell them, especially if you have a bunch of them, because that would add up to quite a bit if they went up to, say, 50k. Trying to get titles with them would end up spreading you between alchohol, party and sweets since you have a chance of getting any one of those.

My bags dissappeared when Halloween ended

It really a question of how are they effecting you now.
1. Do you need the inventory space to farm for Wintersday items
2. Do you need quick gold to buy alcohol or sweet points?
3. How long are you willing to wait

Depending on your answers to those 3 questions you should have the when you should sell them.
Chances are the ToT bag prices won't go up to around June because you have
Thanksgiving, wintersday, new year, easter and b-day all within a couple weeks/months of each other. At that point I would like to believe GW2 will be out (I man can hope) and GW will be a lot less active.
With the ability to farm a massive amount of stacks during the past week the market is just to flooded for any large changes to happen soon.

I would rather use it than sell it. You want to go through the hassle of buying those items again to get sweet/alcohol points?

I wouldn't, time is precious to me. I use what I can to increase efficiency of time. Besides, Wintersday is coming soon, you have to wait more longer than 2-3 months

If you want points for certain titles you could just drink the booze and eat the sweets then sell the party points . If you just want cash and have patience then in a few months they will be worth more, but I couldn't wait that long. I like to have a quick sale and clear my inventory space hehe.
