Post Elite Skills and your solution for fixing them for PvE and/or PvP and indicate whether it is for PvE or PvP.
Do not troll, flame, or post unreasonably please. The skills here are not going to be suitable for gameplay w/o testing. We all know that.
I'll start off. These seem both acceptable for PvE as well as PvP.
Practiced Stance Elite Stance. 5 Energy. 30 sec recharge.
For 2...24...30 seconds, your attacks do not miss enemies standing still and they inflict +1...12...15 damage upon enemies who are moving or attacking.
Melandru's Arrows Elite Preparation. 10 energy. 24 sec recharge.
For 11...31...36 seconds, your attacks cause bleeding for 15 seconds. If this hits a foe who is hexed or has a condition, it deals + 1...12...15 damage.

Foes that are bleeding/poisoned/diseased and hexed/enchanted take 30...94...110 damage.

Elite Hex Spell. Target foe suffers 20...44...50 cold damage. If target foe is under the effects of a water magic hex, that foe suffers an additional 30...54...60 cold damage and moves 90% slower for 1...8...10 seconds.
Icy Shackles. 10 Energy. 2 Second Activation. 15 Second Recharge
Elite Hex Spell. For 1...8...10 seconds, target foe and all nearby foe's movement speed is reduced by 66%. These foes take 5...13...15 damage while moving.
Shatterstone. 15 Energy. 2 Second Activation. 10 Second Recharge
Elite Hex Spell. Target foe is struck for 25...85...100 cold damage and is hexed with Shatterstone for 3 seconds. When Shatterstone ends, that foe and all nearby foe's are struck for 25...85...100 cold damage.
Mirror of Ice. 15 Energy. 1 Second Activation. 30 Second Recharge
Elite Enchantment Spell. For 36...55...60 seconds, your water magic attribute is raised by 1...1...2. Whenever you cast a Water Magic hex that hex affects all foe's in the area of your target.
Energy Storage-
Master of Magic. 10 Energy. 1 Second Activation. 20 Second Recharge
Elite Enchantment Spell. For 1...49...61 second[s], all of your elemental attributes are set to 12 and you gain +0...2...2 Energy regeneration. All your spells deal +10% more damage. This enchantment ends if you use a non-Elementalist skill.
