For Healing Ankh, I'd use a perfect salvage kit to get the 20% Forget Me Not off. Sell the inscription for 25-35k. I'd use an expert salvage kit to get the 20% Focus Core of Aptitude off and sell that for 5-10k. If the blank r9 gold Healing Ankh is still left, see about selling it for ~3k-ish ... or salvage it and hope for granite.
If the gloom shield is inscribable, too, I'd sell the +30 handle for 5-10k, the 10vSlashing inscription for 3-5k, and the blank shield for ~15k (not too sure of the recent Gloom shield market, sorry.)
If the gloom shield is not inscribable and those are inherent, fixed mods, then it's worth ... no idea really, but a freakin' lot! Get more PCs and don't sell fast to any "private offers."

EDIT - Ah, good catch Skys. Yes, I agree, if the name has "of Fortitude" at the end, then it should be an inscribable shield. I don't think Glooms dropped during the glitched Halloween quest, so we probably needn't worry about that case.
