you paid too much imo. 10/10 and axe is worth something to someone who collects odd things or maybe is going to personalize it and needs r8. even then any damage mod would be better and you can get bad damage modded chaos r8's for around 30 ectos.

The 10/10 sundering is worth around 5-7ectos
But axe itself.. if u can find someone collection chaos axes maybe up to 5e but rather 1-2e

.... Since when is a q8 chaos axe 5E? i have the mods to make it perf 20/20 + 30hp and the 15^50. what would it be worth then?

You cannot upgrade that weapon with an inscription. Only a prefix and suffix. Its worth 15k at best. Salvage the 10/10 mod and sell seperate. To a collector a damageless r8 is close to useless since it's more novelty. Most serious collectors already have perfect 15^50's among other mods.

You aren't able to make it a 15^50 doesn't matter if its a req8 there is no inherit mod.
