While playing on Halloween, I came across a rather strange character running around. Is this a known costume, or is there some kind of custom character hack going on?

Define 'rather strange character'. That could mean anything. There are no custom character hacks, so it's just something you've never seen before.

Mysterious Tonics can turn you into a Gwen Doll? I have used stacks and stacks of them and never seen that one. Then again I usually was zoning and spamming them
