PC on Celestial Staff

I'd appreciate a price check on a Gold Celestial Staff please. The stats are:

HSR 20%
Energy +10
Holy Dmg 11-22 req 9 Smiting
HCT 10%

It currently has just an Insightful staff head (+5 Energy)

Thank you for the replies but I'm a little confused by them.

There was recently another PC for a very similar staff that was quoted at 150-300e. The difference was that it did fire dmg and had req 9 fire magic rather than smiting prayers and it had a +30 staff wrapping which should be worth like 1K. Specifically, I'm referring to this post:

Is a fire staff really worth ~70 times as much as a smiting staff?

Please don't interpret this post as trying to be argumentative. I'm just trying to understand. I appreciate all useful feedback.

ur smiting staff is 20/10 not 20/20, and fire is used much more in pve/pvp then smiting, also mods dont modify value of an item

if ur staff was 20/20 it would go for aroun 100k+5-20e possibly more

30k sounds right if ur lucky might be able to pump abit more
