Regarding HoM to GW2, do duplicates count?

Say I have a character with 10 different mini pets, and another character with the 10 same mini pets on their HoM. Will it count as having 20 miniature statues?

No. I don't think it will even allow you to put multiples in anymore.

Nope, need 50 unique minis. Sell/give away the duplicates.

Okay. When it says "Full Display", does that mean only one character has to have the items in their HoM? For example, for Valor, you need 11 weapon status (full display). I need to get the weapons for one character, and I can't split them across multiple characters?

You can have them on multiple characters.

Account-wide, as long as there are 11 weapon statues across all chars it will count.

If you're unsure, talk to the mesmer at the entrance of your HoM and have him display the entire accounts achievements. What it displays will be what you have.

everything in the hom can be placed on various characters on the account but to count towards the total each item needs to be unique.

you can put different weapons on different characters, but you can not duplicate them

so no tomented sword on your mes and tormented sword on your war. also different reqs of the same weapon do not count, as in a dom oppressor staff on one(or the same) char and a soul reaping on another do not count as 2 weapons.
