1/2 - salv for dust of merch.
4 - probably merch.
6 - crappy inherent, ~5-10k maybe, but hard to sell, i'd merch.
7 - merch.
8 - 2~4k for the item, topmost; i'd salv +30hp and sell it for 6~7k, then merch the item.
9 - 2~6k, uneasy to sell.
10 - 2~3k.
11 - 5~10k, uneasy to sell.
12 - 5~10k.
13 - 3~7k.

Merch all cept for:
Darkwing -> 35-40kish
Dragon kamas -> 30-35kish (15%^enchanted crappy for assa? >.<)
Greenies ->5-6k

If you want to keep any mod salvage it before selling/merching
