How i manage to get those circled areas?! I have tried and tried to get there there but always failed.. need last .8 percent for max!

The circle in the middle is Vizunah Square Local Quarter. You need to tag along with a Canthan native when they do the 'Mayhem In The Market' quest.

the bottom one...dont worry about, not many get to it and you dont need it for 100%
the big one at the bottom of the viz square mission...I believe is either part of a cutscene or might be reached by scraping at the end of that mission (go left instead of right to clear the final group--where the mission ends).

After the second fight scrape your way along the left side,this reveals a fair chunk of area also.

thank alot, but couldnt manage to get that biggest piece: ( maybe just have to try again !

For the largest area, if you look at the darker patch inside it on the right it'll give you a clue as to which map you need to be scraping to get it to unfog. Each explorable area's map tends to be rectangular, and you can use the edges of the unclearable areas between them to work out where the edges of those rectangles will be in most cases. In this case, the dark patch has a nice straight line at the bottom which you can follow across horizontally to the left to split your area into two.
So, anything above the level of the bottom of the black patch is unfogged from within the Vizunah Square mission (as Calista said - it's straight after the second big fight where you're split over three levels, with a lot of rits and a boss up the stairs at the end of the fight on the top level - round about where you're ambushed for the final time, before the end fight). That's only a small part of the bit you need to clear though. Anything below the bottom of the black patch is unfogged from Shenzun Tunnels - that should take care of the long strip on the left, and a bit underneath the Vizunah Square patch. You might find that the bottom right corner clears from within the Tahnnakai Temple outpost, not sure about that, corners of maps don't seem to follow the same logic as the edges of them. I know I cleared a small patch by scraping the edges in there at any rate!
