I wouldn't call rare an skin that can be bought for 15-20kish on it's inscribable version, but seems we have different opinions in this case

it's a rare skin in uninscribable. it's nice of you to PC things but please don't give people the wrong information. if you simply don't know, either don't PC it, or take a stab at it and say 'unsure.'
As for the actual axe, based on these two threads I'd say 50k range.
