Sweet, party and drunkard suggestion!!!
Maver1ck87
Ok, my suggestion is simply for a bit of fun. Have bonus effects for achieveing max rank in these titles...
Sweet: permenant 25% speed boost in towns
party: /snowman on demand (in towns)
Drunk: permanent bottle of grog effect in towns
(either all the time or only when title is displayed)
none of these give any advantage but are a bit of fun and something for all those people who have maxed their titles but miss some of the fun effects!
Also! Please please please stop making suggestions to make them account wide! Seriously! This is a role playing game! You play the roll of your character! Your character should therefore not recurve a title like drunkard if they have never drunk a drink in their existence! These titles unlike treasure hunter are a reflection on your character and not you the player! Therefore they should be kept as they are and not made account wide!!!

I like these suggestions because I do miss some of the effects. However, I think the "only when title is displayed" would make it best.
And I also agree about the account wide deal.... some people just dont want to work on them again....

If you make them 'only while the title is equipped' and limit the snowman to max 1 every 20~30 seconds

Imagine the endless snowmen falling from the sky, the horrible lag, and the servers exploding. I agree that it would be amusing, but not for very long.

Permanent speedboost in town would be unfair for people that don't have the title during wintersday present running.

I'm against permanent effects for those titles.
But, I'll agree with benefits for them.
Something like this:
- Beverages:
* Rank 1: + 20% duration of drunkeness. For example, if you drink a 5 level drink, you'll get 6 levels. That is, 4 minutes.
* Rank 2: +200% duration of drunkeness. With the same example, you'll get 15 levels of drunkenness, that is, 13 minutes drunk with a single 5-level drink.
- Sweets:
* Rank 1: +20% duration in sweet effects. +10% morale bonus/DP removal.
* Rank 2: +200% duration in sweet effects. +100%(double) morale bonus/DP removal.
- Party items:
* Rank 1: An 'maintainment' icon like the ones that appear when maintaining enchantments appears when under the effects of a tonic, you can now remove the effect of a tonic anytime you want by double-clicking that. 1% chance of keeping any party item except tonics when you use them.
* Rank 2: 10% chance of keeping any party item including tonics when you use them. Tonics last permanently until zoned or removed by double-clicking the maintained icon.
You have spent enough, so now it's time to save when you get drunk for the PvE skills, so other characters can get it too, but you still have to get and use the items.
With that I would agree.
Permanent effects? NO.

- Beverages:
* Rank 1: You are forced to use Healing hands as your Elite at all times... because lets face it... havent we all done really stupid things while drunk? * Rank 2: You can only Enter Russian Districts and all /dance Emotes are changed the Balalaika. The WASD Keys react randomly and every time you get close to a railing your character gets stuck for 5 Minutes and looses 10 Sweet tooth and 20 Drunken points because of the Effect "Thunderchunder" - Sweets: * Rank 1: Skills cast 200% faster, but due to the "Hyperactive" effect the skills are not cast on the target but a random party member or Foe instead. * Rank 2: The Characters teeth have completely dissolved and the only Food that can be eaten is either Skalefin Soup or Creme BuleƩ - Party items: * Rank 1: The Character is Well known by all, but no one wants you in their party because they know your too unreliable early in the mornings. * Rank 2: Your character can perform random "Party jokes" such as pulling a napkin trough the nose from one nostril to the other because everything has been eaten up by snorting too many Crates of Fireworks and making too many Bottle bongs out of Bottlerockets without first removing the Rocket parts. |

A) it's a small speed boost and tbh who cares about wintersday present running
B) people who have not maxed there title can use sweets without it being a waste so have an unfair advantage in present running but again no one cares about present running
C) they might be premenant but tbh they are ONLY in outposts so u gain no advantage ove other players the rest of the time
D) also ur suggestions give people who maxed them an advantage! The point f these effects is to give the people who have maxed them a chance to enjoy some of the fun effects NOT give thhem any game advantage and present running does not count!!!!
E) lag from snowmen = new CPU. Also by /snowmen I intended it to use the same delay as /rank. Even if no delay people would get bored of spamming eeryday and save for special occasions. Probably

How so? Sweets cost money. The only way this could be unfair is if buying the title somehow, over long periods of time, ended up being more cost effective than buying speed boost sweets individually. That is not possible, therefore how is it unfair?

Rushin Roulette won the thread.
Some amusing, fun effects for maxing those titles would be nice. Even a grog-like screen effect when max drunkard is displayed. But not bonuses or widely seen/generated animations.

No special rewards for maxed titles should be awarded. The maxed title is enough of a reward.
If you want an effect, use the associated consumable again.

@OP
There's inherent benefits for other titles I don't see why there would be a problem with adding one for these either. Before people say well those are restricted depending on the area your in, well so are these it only works in towns. I personally wouldn't mind this as long as its only when the title is displayed.
