PC Demoncrest Spear

Price range for all reqs for Demoncrest Spear?
Was told that perhaps q9 was 30-35e. But Kamadan/GW in general always asks for more. I'm getting like 50-60e hits. I don't wanna rip myself off so some hustler gets over on me.
If someone knows the price ranges, would be helpful.
