A while ago I found this shield in UW, which had some weird stats that seem pretty usefull for monks:

Vendor in my opinion.
Shield sets are often only used for PvP, where defense is more important than a +1 attribute. People would prefer a -5/20 or +10 vs X over that.

yours dropped in DoA i guess?, hard to pc, can be worth something, but very hard this way. Still strength + caster att is awful+ q13

Merch food imo. You cannot add a shield handle; shield handles can only be applied to shields that drop in areas with inscribable weapons. If someone is desperately collecting +1 att shields, maybe 1-2k, but not worth the storage space really.
