Both are 20/10, one is Divine and the other is Spawning.
Should I just slap them on heroes or worth selling?

Imo more 50kish+, 20/10 is very nice for primary atributes, and DF specialy is quite demanded. Sold a channeling one for 30k a couple of mins after I made the thread, and I can see those going a little higher
