Closed: PC Q9 15/50 Oni Blade and others

I have got four items I would love to get some PC's for. They are all gold max dmg / max energy weapons.

Swords :

Sundering Oni Blade of Fortitude (Q9)
15/50 (oldschool)
Hp + 30
20/19 ( I dont mind buying a 20/20 if that raises the price a lot)

Bows :

Silencing Eternal Bow of Fortitude (Q9)
15/ Ar -10
Hp +30
33% longer dazed

Staffs :

Hale Dragon Staff of Fortitude (Q8 Fire magic)
Halves skill recharge 10% (oldschool)
Hp +30
Hp +30

Insightfull Cobalt Staff of Mastery (Q9 Divine favor)
E +5
Divine favor +1

I just sold an r9 15^50 inherent Oni Blade for 15e the other day. It took a while, but I was in no rush. I've seen them sell for ~100k in the past. A few weeks ago, I chatted with someone selling one like that in game. They told me they'd be happy to get 70k for theirs. I do not recommend buying mods to try to raise the price - the new owner can buy the mods they want just as easily as you can, and there's no telling if they'll want sundering or not.

I'm not sure about the rest, but I suspect that Dragon Staff's value is for collectors of really old staffs before the update that made them start dropping with 20 HSR all spells built in. The r8 will help the price, but the single inherent mod will hurt it. I'm taking a very rough guess of ~50kish, but hopefully you'll get more opinions.
