Reinstalles gw after 3 years: loads of questions!

Hi, i have just reinstalled gw. I have the commplete edition. On login, i am being asked now for the securuty question, I have contacted suppot by email for more info. they responded with the generic account security response email asking me to confim owenership of gw account to be filled in by my and sent back. I filled it in and sent it bacl. My email resposne came back upsent twice because I had not sent my respy in the correct place. I sent it a thrird time and asked them through anoter support email to confirm receipt. I also responded to their not being sent to ncssoft. for future refernce, how do i respond to open email support so they will receive. have gw received my replies. I also need to change my plaync master account support email. the email I have on file here is defunct. how do I change this?

Unless I missed something, the security question is just a name of a character on the account.

If you do not remember a character name, you can send your email to [email protected] and put LOGIN PROBLEM in the subject line. Give them as much proof of ownership as you can so they will know it is your account. Account ID (original email) and owner name/address/birthdate, access keys, etc.

also, looking at your original post, you might want to make sure you double check your spelling on the e-mail address you are sending to, and the information you put in it.
