I think the r9 insc. Dom and DF Platinum Wands are 5-10kish these days. You might get more like 15-20k for the Dom one tricked out with the 20/20 mods.
Not a clue about CC prices, sorry.

EDIT - Dec. 25 - I was cleaning out my PC threads folder and noticed this. Since my post here I have been informed by a friend that he has an easy time selling the r9 Dom. insc. Platinum Wands for 40k+ (if I'm remembering our conversation correctly.) If I got such a wand to sell today, I would try for a lot more than what I posted here first. Sorry I didn't know better when I posted this.

CCs in water ain't that sought. 50~80k, depends on the buyer really. Might be a few k more or less.
