PC AL16 R10 Tactics +1 Divine Favor 20% Shield

I found an odd shield in the Frozen Forest today. It's a Summit Warlord skin, AL 16 R10 Tactics. It has an inherent +1 to Divine Favor 20% while using skills. I don't play Warrior so don't know how common it is to find monk bonuses on a shield. So, is this:

A. Common. (merch it)
B. Rare, but monks would have no interest in it. (merch it)
C. Rare, and monks would be very interested in it. (sell it)

If it is C, any idea on the value? Thanks!

I think the answer is B - it's rare(ish,) but since there isn't a nice second mod most people won't be interested.

Proph and Factions areas can and still do drop shields with +1 to various caster attributes. The ones with high chances of +1 and a useful second mod can be quite popular with folks who collect them. But I would not say the market for such things is anywhere near big.

Anyway, that's all just fyi. Since yours has only that single mod, I really doubt it's worth much at all. Sorry.
