Buying something for my gf (NFSoft Store)

I wanted to buy a costume for my girlfriend's acount, but I don't know exactly how this stuff works.

I click on the "Buy Now" option on the NCSoft website, but I have to log in on my NCSoft Master acount.

Now, concidering I've had a shitton of problems before with the NCSoft website and their password changes (They messed up my password to the point I couldn't log in anymore, and they refused any form of coorperation), I probably can't log in on my NCSoft acount, but assuming I could:

When I buy the costume on MY NCSOFT ACOUNT, does it get added to MY OR do I just get a key which I can enter on whichever acount I wanted to?

So this way, I could purchase the key on any given NCSoft Acount (I could create a new one) and then log on GW on her acount and use the key on her acount?

I just managed to log into my master NCSoft acount with my first ever password (go me) and it actually asks me what acount I want to add this costume too.

Is there any way I can buy the serial (for the costume) WITHOUT having to link it directly to an acount?

Sadly there is not.

Only way you can buy for her, is if you log on her account and buy it from the ingame store. They don't sell serial codes for ingame store items.

I know that people aren't supposed to let other people log in to their accounts, but if you could, you could launch the store from the character selection screen and make the purchase there.

The only way to do it through your NCsoft master account is if you also have her GW account linked to it. As in, instead of her having her own NCsoft account, you just let her link her GW log in to your account.

They should make a gift option.

If they started a buy a gift type service where you paid and got a code then you could give the code to someone else.
Pretty sure its been suggested before.

Not too difficult to set up really since adding codes to accounts is how the system works surprised they never set it up they would make more money with players getting Birthday and Christmas gifts.

Suggest buying a card and then surprising here with the additional gift you pay she logs on a chooses.
Not perfect but it would work, you close your eyes when she types in passwords she does the same when you use your credit card.

I just purchased the costume, and the website is glitched.

I tried to purchase the wedding costume set (as opposed to the whole pack) and it charged me the whole costume set (which I did get).

I think the NCSoft website is glitched that no matter what costume type you purchase (of the recent added ones), it always adds the whole pack.

Already send an email to NCSoft, looking forward to another 2 years struggle trying to revert their mistakes...

a gift option would actually be pretty cool and i can only see good come from it, plus anet makes a lil more money.

They accept AMEX/Visa gift cards as well as paypal.

You still need an NCSoft account though.
