Keiran's Bow Change

This thread is about the idea to change Keiran's bow to make it customizable for the skin and the skin only.

The Ithas Bow is a bow that was given out as a /bonus item back in the day. It is non max, and has poor mods on the weapon. There is no option to get the weapon besides the /bonus and Keiran's bow.

Allowing people to mod Keiran's bow or the Ithas Bow skin will make plenty of people glad of the change.

A possible solution is to give a q9 gold Ithas Bow as a quest reward for completing Hearts of the North content or the reward of a q9 green unique bow that has good and preferable mods.

For those of us who like the Ithas Bow skin plz /signed.

For those who object to this change /notsigned.

To be honest, I don't really understand why it has no mods on it? Afterall, once we enter the mission we can switch to a modded bow anyway. :x

Yep, there was a promotional with the same skin. Pre-order I believe and it wasn't max. But I love the skin...

Who cares if it was gold? It's no different than BMP weapons.

You can switch bows mid-mission, so bring your own. Keiran's bow is only required to start the mission. Currently.

Although they might need to change it so you couldn't get an unlimited number of bows.

This thread is for everybody who would like to see the skin able to be modified for personal use.

I do not care about modifiying it for the mission because the mission is easy anyways.

Strongly in favor of this. I'd love to be able to mod (and dye) this bow.

This is a relatively easy thing for them to change.

Its not demanding and very logical for ANet to do this.

It is customized upon acquisition, so having it for free really isn't an issue. My opinion is, change your bow to a skin you do like, I am sure there is Lore behind why his bow is that skin

Yes because perfect weapons are SO difficult to obtain. Again, this is about the skin, nothing more.

Edit: Although, I wouldn't mind a gold one being a quest reward.
