Possible solution to the WiK broken questline.

I will add another post in a bit after I kill the inquisitors again, but I wanted to see if I could start new on another toon.

Watched the Gwen Kieran (pre-Battle for LA) dialogues in the Hall on a toon that hadn't started. When I got to the point where I needed to talk to Murro in Lion's Arch, it got me thinking about toons that were stuck on one step or another. My monk is done with Riverside Assassination, but Salma won't talk to him. So I went to Murro and sure enough, he has a quest for me.
All of the quests have lines through them except for the inquisitors, even though I had done that. I'll add another post in a bit after I kill them to see if it will let me continue.

OK, that did it. Salma gave me the reward for killing the inquisitors again, and now I have A little Help from Above.

Yay.

I noticed this myself earlier, had to kill two of the inquisitors again, which I didn't mind at all, another handful of war supplies is always nice.. need to get on with A little help from above later. Hopefully that will go smoothly and all will be well..
