where does this start from?

Your first clue is given in Ice Cliff Chasms right outside the EotN. (Be sure to have completed the WiK stuff first, or you won't get it.)

Finish Battle for Lions Arch, go into HoM and watch dialogue where Kieren is reported Missing. Go outside, talk to scout. Map to beetletun, run to embedded arrow. Talk to it. Hom, mini mission, then gotta go to Majesties rest. Talk to item which is near the Maguma jungle entrance to majesties. Hom, Mini Mission then theres another item in Ettins Back (behind ventaris under the E in Ettins on world map). Hom, Mini Mission then the final item is in watchtower coast again from beetletun. Hom, Mini Mission talk to gwen. Ice Tooth Cave, go outside talk to NPC. Map Hom, watch dialogue Done.
