2 questions about the WiK Allies

I completed the WiK quests except Battle for Lions Arch.
I now noticed that in North Kryta Province and Nebo Terrace these WiK Allies no longer spawn.
Only in Black Curtain and Watchtower Coast.
Is that supposed to be?

And, with WiK completed u can still do WiK Wanted bounties, and then areas are as they were with WiK (uncompleted).
Do WiK Allies also spawn then?

the allies and wik enemies will spawn when you have a wanted quest active

And for the other part, yes, you can keep doing Wanted quests after you finish the WiK storyline quests.

After the Battle for Lion's Arch, you can still take the Wanted quests. They are considered "historical reenactments" not current events, so you will see everything the way you would have-- allies, enemies, etc.-- even though in the current timeline there are not White Mantle running all over Kryta anymore and your allies have gone home. Once you complete the quest for the day, the areas will return to normal.
