WTB strength shield

I want a strength shield that goes good with primeval armor (i.e. gloom shield or something like that)
Green or gold, preferably gold.
Perfect fortitude is necessary (not on gold, I already have one I can use, but I don't want to have to salvage it), I'm flexible on inscription.
Also, cheap is good (10-15k)
