Ok, I'm a 99.9% in Tyria (and now officially hate it as well), and am wondering how you get this last section. Where do you even start from?
Area to the left of Great Northern Wall

Can you not just walk there from right inside the mission?

Nope. I need that same area and have been trying almost every day for the last week, so I'd love an answer, too. :/

Ok, I ran to MOST of it, but didn't' get the whole thing.
I"m STILL at 99.9%. *CRY* I don't want to have to redo missions, I did as much as I could without them since they take forever. Off to Nolani.
For the person above me, it was easy to find after all. I did the mission again and remembered how. Just take a right on the final part when you run back. You run straight for a while and the right that the char run out of. Pretty obvious but I can say more if you need it. Finally at 100%, accidentally was doing Nolani Academy at the same time by just running around. Now, if I never have to see Tyria again that will be fine with me. Why can't EOTN have a title though? Boo.

Eotn does have a title, it's called Master of the North.
It just requires more than just carto.
Also, congratulations on 100%.

refer - Thanks. Now I just need to spot where they come out from on the side (usually they're just at the edge of the compass when they arrive, which makes it difficult ).
And the Master of the North title includes everything - cartography, vanquishes, the primary quests (normal and hard mode being counted seperately), and the dungeons (ditto).

Yes, I know of the Master of the North title but it's not elegant and just stupid really. I don't really care about vanquishes and a bunch of other stuff... I just want a title to track ONE thing at a time. By including so many variables into one title you lose the ability to track how far you are on each specific component that goes into the whole.

Vanquishes, dungeons and missions show on the world map. Tick them of from a list, the points associated with those can be found on the wiki. The only component that isn't tracked is indeed carto.
