Hello!

I recently got a Sephis Sword that I love the skin of. Now I'm trying to build a build for general PvE purposes using it.

Weapons:
zealous sephis sword of ?
Deldrimor tactics shield

armor:
ghost forge (+15 al under weapon spell)

skills

Spirits Strength (main damage)
Sight Beyond Sight (cover enchant)
Vital Weapon (not ideal, but the long duration and increase in health is appreciated)
flurry (makes use of zealous mod, makes use of SS)

riposte
deadly riposte (these actually do wonders in mitigating damage to the rit, which is needed. Also do armor ignoring damage, so useful when enchants are stripped)

gash
sever artery (for deep wound)

This clearly isn't the most ideal version of a ss riposte build. What would you change? I'm not familiar with warrior skills so some critique would be nice.

Spirit's strength
weapon of aggression/vital weapon
whirlwind
sun and moon slash
for great justice!
save yourselves!
sprint/drunken master
I am Unstoppable/asuran scan/ancestor's rage/optional

Alternately just do standard 100b build if you have MoP

100 blades
Whirlwind
Sun and Moon Slash
For Great Justice!
Drunken Master
Splinter Weapon?
I am Unstoppable
Painful Bond/Ancestor's Rage

TBH you can even do the 3 channel spirit skills and the rest sword, summon at start of battle and then fight...

Spirit Strength

Weapon of Aggression

Barbarous Slash
Gash
Whirlwind Attack
Sun & Moon Slash

Optional (for great justice maybe?)

There's no reason to use a zealous mod on the sword, as you shouldnt be having energy problems. Run a Sundering, Furious, or vampiric prefix instead. Stick an of armor or of fortitude mod on it as well.

Making it a caster modded sword is kind of defeating the purpose of his build though.

For warrior skills, whirlwind attack (sunspear skill) and sun and moon slash are great since they hit more than once and each hit benefits from spirit's strength.

If you have access to it, great dwarf armor should be all the defense you need, combined with the insignias you'll have 99 armor (more against destroyers) and a lot of hp. You will not need sight beyond sight, great dwarf armor will be the cover enchantment, unless it's an area where blind is really common (and even then, if you are using hero or player healers you can just make sure they have good condition removal).

Weapon of aggression is a nice alternative to flurry and vital weapon. Remember high spawning power makes it last a lot longer. It will save you a skill slot, some energy, the damage penalty, and you can use barbarous slice or a different stance, but you won't attack as fast and won't have ridiculously high hp.

Oh, and asuran scan would be very strong too.

So I'd run...
Max spawning
High swords
Low channeling

Get a fort mod for the sword (If you don't have/can't get a +30, +25 or whatever is fine)
Use a focus with an hp mod or a shield with an hp mod (you still get +8 armor if you don't meet the requirements) depending on if you need the energy.

Spirit's Strength
Great Dwarf Armor
Weapon of Aggression
Asuran Scan
Whirlwind Attack
Gash
Barbarous Slice
