I recently sold my "r10 Tactics, gold, non-insc. Aegis, inherent 19% Healing Prayers +1 & -3wH mods" for 5k. I set the s/b at 5k on my sale thread here. There was only one bidder interested, so they won for 5k.

Given that yours is a more popular skin and the +1 is 20% max, I'd say it's probably worth at least somewhat more. I'm not sure if 20-30k will be easy, but I would think 15kish might be possible.

Such things will often be tricky to sell simply because there aren't many buyers around.

As for the strength req., I agree it makes it less useful ... but I don't think it makes it merch food. Without points in strength, it will still give 8 ar.
