Closed: PC on Low req Hand Axe

So I was looking through the low req drop research thread and the highest dmg listed for a q5 axe was 6-21.
Are these axes worth something? Or are they merch fodder?
I got a blue inscb drop. This is the krytan skin. Also, if its worthless, would it make a difference if it had been gold?

While we are at it, a PC on a q8 14^50 Hornbow non insrb would be nice too.
Its the stoneshard skin.
