dual inherent mods
-2 when enchanted

I would like to know what it is worth.

Bumping this up to see if anyone has an opinion.

Thanks to the 4 people who have contacted me in game who happened to hear I had an outcast shield (ie had read the thread) and wanted to know how much I wanted for it.

What I am really chasing at this point though is just a price check.
