How do you do those expressions? Also I was in the arena and I was getting faction point. What are these? If some one can help me that would be great.

they are points you gain during any kind of pvp battle...you can use them in the arenas by talking to balhtzar - you can unlock weapons, skills, upgrades, and runes and then once you create a PVP only character you can use any of these things you've unlocked as well as what you have already unlocked with your account
