Not quite sure.. Channeling is a usefull attribute, so it'd say 15-20e quicksale, might push it to 30-40e (might be completely off though..)

150e is abit too much for a channeling staff, anyways as useful as it gets, staffs are usually used for fast casting enchantments, not many useful enchants along the channeling line, as for rarity i think maybe 60-100e at most imo

sold a r9 blood 20/20 zodiac staff a little while ago for 60e, fairly easily..i would assume around the same for this staff
