Tactic Shields

As the title says I want tactic shields. Going to start with my pve, to go to pvp so want some shields:
- need req 7/8 armor 15/16 (so req 8 +15 armor is possible (: )
- need to be iscripable
- Leave the skin, req and armor and price here, and ill pm u ig
