These sell easily at 200 each, some people in game are offering more.

But no, not only are they useful they are also spammable sweet points. So they will always be worth as much as spammable sweet points which you should have no problem selling for 180g however they are actually useful so yeah above 200g should not be a problem especially after wintersday.
