Hearts of the north

I know this topic was brought up when the hearts of the north first came out but i think the thread died or at least it did when i last saw it and instead of trying to necroing it back to life i thought id just ask this, has there been any drops of the white mantle minipets from the white mantle in these mini missions when your thakeray?

Not for me on two characters plus a third in progress.

They're unique random drop minis so I wouldn't expect to see too many of them. wiki also states they're War in Kryta so has it been confirmed that the minis actually drop after the WiK content and through the rest of GWB?

I've gone through the repeatable missions dozens of times, and have yet to see anything drop besides white and blue vendor trash. Come to think of it, I've never seen any minis drop during WiK, though I did see a green weapon once.

I don't think Hearts of the North foes drop War in Kryta drops. After 5 chars, I haven't seen a single Confessor's Orders, let alone minis.

this...... Since confessor orders dosent drop, I dont think that the minis do.

I did it with five characters, and I did get a few Confessor's Orders, as well as a couple of gold drops.

you can, however, farm rotscale bows with ease.

I have never seen even a confessor order in ANY of the Kieran quests. Not one. No one has ever screenshotted a drop either as Kieran. Lots say they have, but personally, till I get a drop I will consider them confused between WiK and Hearts of the North.

Don't get your hopes up for a mini from Kieran quests.

My peacekeeper was obtained going after Cerris.

this....for the whole time I have been doing wik stuff I have gotten ONE green weapon (peacekeeper--horrible ax) and that was months ago---though a gold weapon drop has also happened on a rare occasion.

Well, I can now say I have had a gold item drop during the missions, so there's that at least

But still not a single confessor order after 3 characters and two repeat missions.

The only thing in contention is whether or not they drop WiK items (I posit that they do NOT drop anything related to WiK.)

WiK drops are: Confessor orders, Greens like law and order, or the minis.

Hearts of the north is not WiK as far as can be seen and just have regular enemy drops.

My question is do the minis drop? ive gotten several confessor's orders and a couple of golds ive just not heart nor seen the minis or weapons dropping

Well, if you got confessor orders (I will consider you simply confused till it's a screenshot), then mini's should be a possibility.

However you getting confessor orders, and myself not seeing a single one. I do not believe that you are speaking about Heart of the North, and instead speaking about War in Kryta.

Heart of the north is when you are playing Kieran. War in Kryta is when you are killing "Wanted" enemies. They appear to have separate drops.

Yes hearts of the north specifically the "rise" quest i got a couple confessors orders from after doing it on a couple characters

Why do people never take screenies of extraordinary happenings...

Perhaps because it didn't seem that extraordinary to us that a Peacekeeper or Mantle would drop Confessor's Orders, given that all prior experience leads us to expect them to do so. I ran five characters through in the first couple of days and I hadn't heard anyone claim that such drops did not happen, so why the heck would I consider it unusual enough to take a screenie? Do you take a screenie of every common drop on the off chance that someone will someday claim that it never happens?

Of course not, and no blame attaches. But this issue has been known for a week now, and I hope soon someone will remember to hit that print screen button.
