My account has been permanently banned by NCSoft Support, without dialogue from them, without a warning, and it's all because I submitted a ticket for support. (I can only assume that's the reason!)
See, I was trying to buy some costume pack, which one I can't even remember right now. But I kept getting a message telling me that I couldn't purchase anything from the NCSoft Store due to "Fraud Suspicion". This is because right now I'm living in France with family, and have been for several months, but my card was issued in my home country of the UK. I know this is the reason because last week I tried to purchase a game on Steam, and came up against the same issue.
Contacting Valve support, I made an inquiry about why I couldn't buy anything, and they told me my country was wrong compared to my registered IP address on file. They took the filter off my account without me even asking them to do so, and I went about my day completely unhindered.
I obviously tried the same thing with NCSoft support today, and after several hours wait I found myself set upon by Dhuum in Gunnar's Hold (holy shit what an epic way to get banned btw) and was cut off, and told I was banned. I went to check NCSoft support right away to rectify this, but after a few seconds attempt it told me that my entire NCSoft account was banned, PERMANENTLY.
Let me recap.
This means that my Guild Wars and City of Heroes accounts are banned. Heaven knows how much time, effort, love and joy I've put into crafting those accounts, not to mention the money I've spent on subscription fees and what have you for City of Heroes (back when it was the bomb.)
Holy shit, what do I do?? Because my NCSoft Account is Perma Banned, I cannot log in to Support to open up a dialogue with them, there is no way for me to launch a direct appeal online, other than to use a different account and log in there.
Do perma bans ever get lifted? I just don't know what to do or who to turn to. I come to you first Gurus. What are your suggestions?
I feel like a love one just died. rofl. oh my god.

I can't see that I've done anything wrong to receive this.
