probably test it, wield it as unid'd use a couple of soul reap 1 second cast skills, if u get fast casts then id it most likely a 20/20 try it with blood/curse/death spells

im taking it u found it in factions

if u found it in eotn u can sell as an unid because there worthless

If it's from GWEN, then it's inscr and worth some 5k imo.

If OS and has a decent 2nd inherent, it would be worth more.

Best to ID it imo.
