I would say try an ES hero as that would work great minus the area effect if your doing it in HM. Psychic instability would be an option if you wanna drop panic for it, but you have to be able to actually interrupt to run it... There is no ignorance involved here,there is fact that SF was and is subpar vs DoA foes.

Shadowlion: DoA is an elite endgame area,the idea is massively increased difficulty over normal PvE,super buffed armor levels scaling with level are just one of the added intricacies.

He's referring to the meta before the mesmer buff that used 2 SF eles, 1 SH, and 1 VoR mes. SF hit 196 at max ranks iirc.

Sf was good in a spike format, this is not a spike format and i doubt the OP is willing to micro cracked armor, the new doa meta uses a mesmer spike, but does anybody run 4 mesmer heroes in doa? no. they use necros and rts, SF was strong in doa because all groups were balled, but when c-spacing it is totally outclassed by other damage sources. Comparing a hero team with doasc is "fairly ignorant" too.
