r9 insc. obsidian skin Earth Staff might be more like 15kish
r9 insc Greater Sage Blade ... in my experience, there's very little demand and lots of supply for these lately. Were it mine, I'd count myself lucky to get even 2k for it.
r9 Spawn insc. Platinum Wand - I agree with the 5-15k guess there.
I'm not well versed on them, but it seems like Dragon Kamas (aka Dragon Scythes) are pretty popular. Were they mine, I'd try for the "40-50k at least" for 15^50 and "10k" for 14^50 (though imperfects will always be a harder sell) first.
The rest I don't know even enough to risk a guess, sorry.
