Eligibility (location): Entries will be accepted from legal residents of the United States (excluding the State of Rhode Island, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, military installations and commonwealths), Canada (excluding Quebec) and Europe. (Canadian residents will be required to answer an additional mathematical question in order to claim their prize.)

What stops other areas entering, what is the reason?

I am sure other Aussies out there would love to enter but for 5 years we have been getting shafted by some rule or whatever.

Well why don't they try to run their own Wintersday idea then that's less impossible. There's lots of rich people in the game that would donate prizes for the cause of art I'm sure.

We do run our own Halloween/Wintersday art contests/workshops with player-donated prizes, and have for some time now

But yes, the fact that this is the second contest this year with copy-paste errors is a bit disheartening.

pfff...i gived up last year..i did a work with my gf that took 20 days and we not reach last position,and it was a good idea...
Some winners did a GREAT job,but some .....
Btw i dont do nothing this year.

right on Mate us Aussies allways get the raw deal in gaming,eg all the Asian and uro comps

also cant draw for crap so another dumb ass conteset that only the select In Group will get to play again.

oh bet winner will be pic of Keran and Gwen in theer weding outfits with dumb ass rudoff the reinderr standing next to them with holiday cheers.

Doubt to see any more fraude in the entries this year, don't think there was any in the Halloween of this year. And the Workshop helps to prevent this as its easier to prove the art is yours (well only if you made it ofcourse

)
